One day course that explores your CQ (communication quotient) in the workplace. Learn to recognize that different forms of communication require different skills. Analyze your style and it's reults. Fill your toolbax with more tools to utilize when communicating with co-workers and customers. Minimum 5 people required to run the class. Maximum in house class size 8 participants. On-site class size determined by community or organization. |
