One day course for people on the front line of Customer Service, whether face to face or over the phone. Course designed to help handle difficult customers and situations and make the most of each customer contact. Learn to develop customer loyalty and how to take care of yourself with confidence in any customer situation. Minimum 5 people required to run the class. Maximum in house class size is 8 participants. On-site class size determined by community or organization. |
