One day course for people wishing to develop and better understand coaching and mentoring skills at any level of business. This course will help to find ways to hand issues back to a person and encourage them to find solutions for themselves. Minimum 5 people required to run the class. Maximum in house class size 8 participants. On-site class size determined by community or organization. |
